As a 'Competent' person I can undertake all the necessary calculations required for the SAP requirements:

• I can take the requisite data from plans to calculate the elemental U-values, Target values and produce the Carbon Index and SAP ratings.
• Give professional guidance to adjust the design or build specification to meet the standards required.
• Provide the mandatory Display Certificate for all new build dwellings.

Building Consultancy - supervision of building works, advice on solving problems of dampness or other failures in the various elements of building.

Building Surveys - surveys undertaken of all types of property.

Home Condition Reports - I am qualified and experienced in a wide range of property types.

Energy Performance Certificates, EPCs - I am an accredited Commercial and Domestic Energy Assessor with experience of a wide range of property types.

For Architects, designers, planners and builders - as a Certified Person to calculate Design and Completion SAPs, assist in meeting the requirements and produce the necessary certificates

I'm willing to provide my services outside the normal 'office hours' to accomodate client's availability.
